New Product – The SoundTools CAT Rack

The SoundTools CAT Rack comprises three 4-channel XLR to etherCON units, conveniently rack-mounted.

 

• Run up to four AES/EBU or four analogue lines down a single shielded CAT5 cable

• Multiple CAT Snake Stage Boxes can be daisy chained to allow the same four analogue channels to be dropped in multiple locations

• Compatible with ClearCom and other 3 pin XLR based com systems, send up to four com lines down a single shielded Cat5

• CAT5 has a wide bandwidth capable of carrying AES/EBU over large distances

• Compatible with 48 volt phantom power

• Constructed of durable anodized aluminium with stainless steel screws to prevent rust.

• Optional chassis ground functionality
